Usually great service here but tonight I tried calling for a pickup order 4 times in a row no one answered then the 5th they picked up and hung right up. I ended up ordering online. I go in to pick up my order and there are only a few tables....I could understand if they were busy and couldn't get the phone but as dead as they were I got the impression they just didn't want to be bothered with the phones tonight. BUT!!! when we brought up the issue the staff and manager fixed it and went above and beyond expectations. That's how you turn a bad situation into a positive, still love this place.
Veteran's day - really crowded, but we only waited about 20 minutes... Great service, great food - hot and cooked to order. Got my free meal, as did the hubby,..they didn't even ask to see proof that we can are veterans - just just asked, and that was that. Thanks, Texas Roadhouse!! You out-did yourselves!!!
They always make the steaks perfect to order. We all eat it different yet it always comes out correct.
We stopped in for a bite to eat just before Early Dine special was over. Casie was our waitress and she was very friendly and provided fast service. Our food was hot and tasty. I ordered the loaded sweet potato, salad and country fried chicken...yummm
Ribs burnt, coleslaw terrible, Rib Eye was terrible. Nice waiter but overall food way below par. Outback here I come.
