Pulled husbands teeth. Did impression weeks ago for temp. Then only gave him a top denture. Said it would be 12 weeks before he could get permanent dentures. Had we known this we would have went elsewhere. I do think its great they see you in emergency situations.
Very friendly and nice staff. They were all very helpful and explained everything. They weren't just trying to make money off me.
My husband had a horrible experience today. Some staff (not all) was very rude and Dr. Schmidt kept leaving the room to work on other patients while my husband was in the middle of his root canal. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Husband felt uncomfortable and was treated as if the pain he was experiencing was not legitimate. My husband is in even more pain than when he went in. The doctor also insisted the best route to go was a root canal and that it would be perfectly okay to have it done the same day, even with an infection. We didn't find out until mid root canal that he even had an infection, and was later told that you should never have a root canal procedure until the infection is cleared up. Will be contacting the Dental Society about everything first thing in the morning.
Everyone is so nice. I've been coming here since i was a kid. It's never smelled, the dentist is very organized and the ortho is great too.
As another person previously said, it seems Katsur is about getting in as many appointments as possible and leading people to believe they will have work done. They did it to my wife and another patient in front of her. Both were led to believe they were getting work done and both were told that had to wait two months. Very poor way to do business. We will look for another dentist.
