Buy my Furniture there good prices & quality
Bought a dining table set off the floor. I was hesitant because it was an as is conditional buy. The salesman convinced me by saying everything was perfect. One if main chairs fell apart. Yes, they got me via contract. When U asked for assistance they were arrogant and said it was not their problem.
Me and my husband bought a $5000 southern motion sectional in feb 2013. within a year it needed fixed twice. the motor has broken and they want me to pay $400+ to have it fixed. the stuffing is falling out of the leg rests and my son actually broke his foot on the couch because of how the stuffing is just coming out. it was an accident that should have never happened if the furniture was worth the money. someone please tell me how a couch that is only 3 years old is just falling to pieces? it's funny because we were made to believe we were buying a 6 year protection plan and now they aren't honoring that, they are just saying that we paid for a protection spray. the entire store is a joke and I would NEVER recommend anyone buying a single thing from here. they will just give you the run around about why it isn't their fault and try to milk you for money.
Absolutely the best customer service I've been provided when I was shopping for furniture. I could not be happier with the sectional and the bed that I purchased and I would definitely go back when/if I need anything else.
Well I finally call the Monaca, Pa store concerning our two chairs we bought about 26 months ago, concerning the shape they're in the covers and the support mechanism. I'm sending the pictures today as requested. The Lady who took my call, was very helpful. Mind you, i should have called about 14 months ago. I just couldn't believe they'd be under warranty. Let's see how this goes.
