This Lowe's has consistently failed to meet expectations. I've ordered items online for pick up 4 times in the last year and 3/4 of those times items were not correct, associates had no idea where the items were, or I was ignored when asking for help loading heavy items (a bunch of landscaping timbers and bags of mulch/soil). I have learned my lesson and will now only go into the store to get items to save myself time and a huge headache.
Worst store I have ever been in. Not the worst hardware store; the worst store. The people working there will see you and walk away and trying to figure out the prices for items is like solving the DiVinci Code. The product they sell are all low grade.

Customer service is terrible! I had questions about my project and no one could, or cared to help. I had to google the project in the store and go around and take pictures of the bar codes for the products I needed! I was told I could get the items delivered in 2 days. After I placed the order I was told it couldn't be delivered for 3 days. On that day I got a call that it wouldn't be delivered until the following day because their truck broke down! They don't have a back up truck? Then I couldn't get a delivery time so had to wait all day for my delivery. Meanwhile all my help for my project from the previous days were unable to help because of other obligations. So the project that should have been completed yesterday now won't be done until I can get help sometime next week when I have to be back at work! I should have taken the clue when I recieved such poor customer that the rest of my experience would also be a disaster.
ADDITION! My order was finally delivered! I ordered 10 fence panels, 6 came, 1 broken! Driver said the panels were on back order but the store had never informed me about that! Chaulk up another fantastic customer service move! To top it off I called the store to see why and was told they didn't know but would get back to me. I'm still waiting.....
Customer service and delivery service is just useless. Not drivers fault. Beware. If they tell you that you order will be in AM don't expect them to show up til at least the afternoon or 7 oclock at night. This is my second order with this store. It is like this with all stores even including Home Depot in the area. Always call at least you will get a lie. Good Luck with the minimum wage workers.
