Cute merchandise, my daughter likes to shop there. The clutter gets to her after a short time. What gets to her even more is being pounced on like pumas on a carcass as soon as we walk through the door. Last time we were there I'm pretty sure we caught one of the managers during a corporate visit (poor girl) so she had to be pushier than they already are AND we had to have what looked like a district manager and a regional manager talking at us too (I say at us and not to us because they are not particularly good sales people or helpful, just in the way). We had an ok time once someone else walked in the door and the pack decended on them instead. Bottom line, cute store, cute merch, but the associates are way too pushy, and all over you, turning what could have been a 4 star visit into a 2 (I, like most, am not a fan of people making my kid feel uncomfortable, and I just want to shop with my daughter, if I want help I'll ask for it), and Lord help you if you visit the store during a corporate stampede.
I should also mention that my daughter had her ears pierced there 2 years ago and we have had nothing but problems (still). She had to have each ear pierced TWICE and the associate had the nerve to try and blame her incompetence on my daughter AND she didn't check the backs either time and both times they weren't locked in place. If you're looking for ear piercing do your yourself a favor and go to one of the kiosks around the corner. It's really a shame because this store used to be great for piercing many years ago.
