The burgers are good, love the chili mac, but ya just gotta love the SHAKES!!! Maybe a "little" pricey but when you taste them, well worth it! Don't forget your coupons!
My cousin and I decided to take our 4 children out to eat here this past Friday for a birthday dinner. This was my and my 3 children's first visit here. The service was absolutely terrible. We had waited 30 minutes before we walked up to the register and requested a to go cup. The manager who was working the register said yes he would get a cup. He walked to the kitchen and started making jokes with another employee. I work in fast food and would never have treated any customer that way. His additude was worse than the waitresses. Needless to say I will never return to this establishment again.
Food is okay. Nothing special. Service is HORRENDOUS! ALWAYS GETTING YOUR ORDER WRONG FOR TAKEOUT. 99% OF THE TIME!! The upside is they WILL write your name down to get the same thing comped for your next visit. Surprisingly, havent had any problems with them losing the name I give them. Phone rings and rings and rings. Im boycotting this establishment until further notice.
The star is for the nice guy on the grill. Everyone else was mean. I asked if our order was still coming and a woman said “I didn’t take your order” and looked away. Sorry to bother you??
I was greeted fairly quickly and seated. Be my first time here I was not familiar with the menu. I wouldn't say there was a huge variety. Especially when you're a burger joint you have the ability to do a lot of different things. I realize that it's a chain but still. My food came out very quickly. I did end up ordering a shake at the same time however I got that before my meal so that had to sit and wait until I was done. Burger was a little greasy but tasted good. Shake was very good. Considering the price I will definitely be going back when I'm in the area. Overall this particular venue was clean, had friendly staff, and fast service.
