I love boscovs, alot to choose from,good sales. But air conditioner was broke on a 85 degree day too hot had to leave.

No personality of the store help. Went to mens cashier no smile no conversation no ambition! I guess being a big guy we dont buy cologne to wear because the miserable woman in fragrance asked nastily if i wanted something... "wanted something" yeah how about customer service! Walked upstairs and in the shoes department and employees to busy talking to help. So this will be my last visit and i drive any hour to shop boscovs.
