I have never had such amazing service in JCP until today. Melissa A in the ladies department could not have been more helpful. Everyone needs to watch her at work to learn how she treats customers in an A+ manner. My 2 sisters and I were buying sweaters and we were so pleased with her service. I even had forgotten my JCPcard and instead of sending me to customer service, she called them and told them my info. Kudos for Melissa A. Give her a raise pronto.
